Personal Data Processing Notice

Data controller

Information submitted through the contact form is processed by the law firm solely for appointment requests and initial assessment. The final identity and contact details of the data controller will be published in this section once verified office information is available.

Data processed and purpose

• Name, surname, phone and email: handling appointment and contact requests.
• Subject selection and message body: routing the inquiry to the relevant practice area.
• Uploaded files (optional): used only for the initial assessment and may be excluded before any advisory relationship begins.

Retention and transfer

Form submissions are retained until the initial assessment is complete and a decision is made on whether a file will be opened. Data is not shared with third parties beyond legal obligations.

Your rights

Under article 11 of KVKK you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can submit such requests through the contact form.
